Both solutions are hosted on our new Alliance platform, with Level 1 PCI DSS accreditation creating a secure link to any merchant account via our DTMF suppressed PSP servers. With our On Demand service, there is no need to change your current telephone number(s) or network infrastructure. The agent is removed from scope by simply performing a blind-transfer into Alliance to secure the call at the point a payment is to be taken.
Our Signal Sync service offers full agent and infrastructure scope removal by routing all calls via Alliance. These will be unfiltered until the required time, when an agent invokes the use of the PSP servers and the call is filtered to mask the DTMF tones.
Both versions of the solution can be used as a standalone service or be integrated with your CRM or database driven software. Omnichannel payment options can also be utilised if your business receives payments from a variety of sources.
